1. Agreement to terms

By using FreeToolsToGo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Use of tools

FreeToolsToGo provides free online tools for personal and commercial use. You may use the outputs (signatures, invoices, converted files, calculator results, generated text, and all other tool outputs) for any lawful purpose, subject to the Acceptable Use restrictions below.

3. Not professional advice

The Service is not a financial advisor, tax preparer, attorney, doctor, or other licensed professional. The calculators and information provided are for educational and general-information purposes only. They are not, and should not be relied on as, financial, tax, legal, medical, or investment advice. Use of the Service does not create any professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and FreeToolsToGo.

For decisions that affect your finances, taxes, health, or legal standing, consult a licensed professional (e.g. a CPA, financial advisor, attorney, or healthcare provider) before acting.

4. No warranty

We do not warrant that tool outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any specific use. Outputs should be reviewed and independently verified before being relied on for any consequential decision.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FreeToolsToGo, ITS OPERATORS, AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES ARISING FROM FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, OR LEGAL DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON TOOL OUTPUT. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE, WHICH IS ZERO DOLLARS (US$0.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you in full.

6. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying any calculation, output, or information produced by the Service before relying on it for any consequential decision — including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, business, employment, real-estate, insurance, retirement, and tax decisions. The Service is a convenience for performing publicly documented calculations and transformations; it does not replace professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract content or functionality from the Service, except as expressly permitted by robots.txt.
  • Use the Service to compute results for identifiable individuals as part of a paid professional advisory service (e.g. tax preparation, financial planning, medical assessment) without an appropriate professional license — the Service is not a substitute for licensed practice.
  • Commercially redistribute tool outputs or computed results as if they were your proprietary product, methodology, or data. You may freely use, share, and incorporate outputs in your own work product as a normal user; this restriction targets wholesale redistribution-as-product.
  • Use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party right, or transmit harmful or unlawful content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers/networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including by reverse-engineering, decompiling, or exploiting security vulnerabilities.

8. Intellectual property

You own all content you create with the Service — signatures, invoices, converted files, generated text, calculator results, and other outputs. We claim no rights to your outputs. FreeToolsToGo's own content (tool interface, code, branding, written copy, documentation) is owned by FreeToolsToGo and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Trademarks, service marks, and trade names of third parties referenced anywhere on the Service (including on comparison pages such as /vs/* and /compare/*) are the property of their respective owners. Such references are nominative fair use; no affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is implied. See our DMCA / copyright takedown process at /dmca.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Tool inputs are not collected or transmitted to any server. See the Privacy Policy for details on analytics and cookies.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any tool at any time without notice. URLs may change, though we make a reasonable effort to redirect retired URLs to current equivalents.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FreeToolsToGo, its operators, and its contributors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of tool outputs caused damage to a third party.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and recorded in the legal changelog. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent material revision.
