Employer Case Takedown & Correction Request

Last updated: May 8, 2026

About This Page

The PERM Tracker on this site displays employer case data sourced from publicly available DOL OFLC quarterly disclosure files. This data is published by the U.S. Department of Labor as required by law and is in the public domain.

Despite being public data, we take requests for removal or correction seriously. We will respond to all requests within 5 business days.

Who Can Submit a Request

  • Employers — Companies whose cases appear in our database and who have a legitimate reason for removal (e.g., the case contains an error, or there is a legal basis for removal)
  • Authorized representatives — Immigration attorneys or authorized agents acting on behalf of an employer

Individual workers do not appear in our database by name — we do not store worker names, applicant personal details, or any personally identifiable information about individual workers. The DOL disclosure files themselves do not contain worker names.

What We Can and Cannot Do

Request typeOur response
Remove a specific case from our databaseWe will evaluate and honor requests where there is a legitimate reason. Cases will be marked as “do not display” in our database.
Correct an error in case dataIf the DOL public data contains an error, we will flag the case with a correction notice. We cannot change data that correctly reflects the DOL source — contact DOL OFLC directly to correct official records.
Remove all cases for an employerWe will evaluate bulk removal requests on a case-by-case basis. We will not bulk-remove an employer's data without a legitimate legal basis.
Remove data from the DOL sourceWe cannot modify DOL's published disclosure files. Contact DOL OFLC directly: oflc.dol.gov
