Statistical Estimates and Predictions
Processing time estimates, audit risk scores, and visa bulletin predictions are statistical calculations based on historical public data. They are estimates, not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our knowledge, including DOL staffing levels, policy changes, individual case complexity, and USCIS adjudicator discretion.
A "p50 estimate" means that 50% of similar historical cases resolved by that date — half of cases took longer. A "LOW audit risk" score does not mean a case will not be audited. These are statistical summaries, not predictions of any individual case outcome.
